Terms and Conditions
If you wish to leave the school please inform us via email to info@moragalexander.co.uk we can then cancel your next monthly payment if notice is given 7 days before payments are processed.
Privacy Notice
Although we are already regulated under the Data Protection Act your personal information that we request of you with a registration form on enrollment in the school include;
Your Child’s Full Name
Your Child’s Date of Birth
Your Full Address
Telephone Number
Email Address
We hold this information so we can contact you in regards to our timetable, term dates, exams, show information and fee notes.
We ensure that the hard paper copies of this information are held in a locked cupboard and any information we transpose onto a computer is password protected.
We will shred and delete this information at the end of the school year in June if you leave this school assuming all fees are up to date. Please inform us if you decide to leave the school.
It is important that if any of your personal information changes you inform us immediately so we can update our records this includes change of address, telephone number or email address.
We share your child’s name and date of birth only with exam bodies such as the Royal Academy of Dance (to view their privacy notice click here) and the SQA= (to view their privacy notice click here) only on your instruction if you wish your child to take an exam with one of these external bodies.
